Ministerial staff of NFCC provides spiritual and administrative leadership for the church, preach the gospel, and to use their skills to provide pastoral care for the church and the community.
Our function is to care for the congregation. We seek to encourage a healing relationship with God. We respond to medical emergencies that may occur during worship.
We aim to usher our members and visitors to worship the Lord in a safe, comfortable and Holy Spirit filled environment. Rather you are a visitor or member, you will always feel at home when you enter the doors at NFCC. The Ushers greet, seat, assist with special needs, assist with orderliness and collect offering at every church service.
Media ministry looks at ways to leverage media to engage the congregation. In addition to a screen being used for textual support with songs and biblical passages, it can display graphics for announcements before the service begins. The screen can also integrate video for sermon illustrations, video clips from movies, personal stories of faith and demonstrations of how church giving is impacting ministries within the community and beyond.
Men's Ministry is the active pursuit of men in order to connect them to God, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training God's man in Christ. Our Purpose is to define authentic manhood. We will look at the Biblical call to be a real man as one who rejects passivity, accepts responsibility, leads courageously and invests in eternity.
The goal of the Women’s Ministry is to promote spiritual growth, fellowship and unity among the women of our Church. We do this through ministries and activities that foster spiritual growth and provide an opportunity for discipleship and services.
